About The Position

DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring for full-time Client Service Representatives to join our Client Experience Team. This role is for candidates who are quick thinkers, multi-taskers, and problem-solvers. As a member of the Client Experience Team, you are the primary point of contact for clients and their pets in a high-volume emergency hospital environment. This position requires the ability to simultaneously manage in-person client interactions, multi-line phone systems, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and composure. You will regularly support clients in urgent and emotionally charged situations and must be able to prioritize effectively while coordinating with medical staff and external partners. Success in this role depends on strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume, in-person customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling high-stress interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Proven ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
  • Experience with appointment scheduling (medical scheduling strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM while actively engaging with clients
  • Comfortable operating multi-line phone systems while assisting in-person clients
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (relevant experience may substitute)
