We're seeking a Part time Client Service Representative with veterinary hospital experience to join our team. - Veterinary hospital experience
- Personable yet highly professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Medical Records oversight to include Scanning and uploading medical records
- Contacting Referal DVM for Medical Records
- Checking emails and responding promptly
- Building medical records and scheduling appointments
- Answering phone and delegating appropriateAppropriate tasks
- Ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times
