About The Position

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient care
- Answer phones, emails, texts, and client inquiries
- Support clients during routine, urgent, and emotionally challenging situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
- Support patient check-in and checkout processes
- Process payments and assist clients with billing questions
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
- Help keep reception and other client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a busy veterinary environment
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-focused hospital culture
- Cross-train in veterinary support areas such as animal handling and restraint, patient-care support, treatment and nursing assistance, surgical and procedural preparation, kennel and husbandry care, and medical record support.
