About The Position

Gwinnett Animal Clinic (GAC) is growing and seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join their team. GAC is a well-established, four-doctor practice that has served Lawrenceville and surrounding communities since 1966. They aim to be a trusted partner to pet owners, focusing on client education, excellent customer service, and compassionate veterinary care. The Client Service Representatives are a vital part of the care team, responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for clients and patients. They are looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate self-starter who enjoys helping others and is excited to grow with a busy veterinary practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to client questions and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Manage emails, messages, and routine administrative tasks
• Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up needs
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with clients and members of the veterinary team
• Support the team with additional office responsibilities as needed
