About The Position

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, the Client Service Representative works in a fast-paced Banking Center. This role involves using knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs, including answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals. The position serves as the first line of support for clients. The role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The work environment is on-site full-time.
