We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will be responsible for managing a book of business for clients to ensure key deliverables are met, driving both business growth and client retention.

Requirements

Strong client services background.
Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritizes tasks, and effectively manages time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
Computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease.
Client service experience.
Comfortable working within a team while owning their own work.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including regular application testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe InDesign knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing internal and external clients.
Checking the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database.
Creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products.
Performing regular application testing within an Agile development framework.
Communicating directly with clients as well as internal departments.
Maintaining a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlines.
Utilizing great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes.
