The Client Service Representative is a vital part of the care team, responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for clients and patients. Requirements
- Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.

- Basic computer skills and comfort learning veterinary practice-management software.
- Ability to communicate with clients clearly, professionally, and compassionately.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized hospital calendar.
- Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate information.
- Process payments and assist with routine client transactions.
- Manage emails, messages, reminders, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support efficient patient flow.
- Assist with additional front-office responsibilities as needed.
