Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and confidence
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Handle payments and client questions with professionalism
  • Help keep the clinic running smoothly during busy times
  • Be the friendly face and voice of the hospital
