About The Position

Route 66 Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (VECCC) is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic "people person" with a love for animals to join their team as a Client Service Representative. This role is crucial in supporting the emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting guests. The position involves educating clients and referring veterinarians about services, coordinating appointments, managing communications, and maintaining client/pet records. The role also includes cash handling and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments at the multi-specialist hospital.
  • Handle reminder and follow-up communications with clients via phone and email.
  • Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
  • Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation.
