About The Position

Sani-Servant, a division of RSI, is a locally owned and operated company providing service and sales to the hospitality industry. We are part of the Refrigerated Specialist (RSI) family of brands. We partner with our existing customers and cultivate new business to create lasting relationships through superior service and quality products. We are looking for a career-minded individual who can work unsupervised and has excellent communication and time management skills. Applicants must possess a moderate level of mechanical aptitude and be willing to continue learning and growing in the industry through continued training and hands-on experience. The successful applicant will be able and willing to take on increasing responsibilities and evolve into a leadership role while learning all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude request, previous service, repair, or maintenance experience a plus!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly scheduled stops.
  • Ensure vehicle stocked with all necessary equipment and clean and organized.
  • Manage customer inventory.
  • Create invoices and service orders for customer records.
  • Effectively communicate with management and work independently in a fluid environment without close supervision.
  • Maintain existing accounts by providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate clearly and interact with existing customers on a professional level.
  • Train and educate customers on procedures and equipment care.
  • Educate customers on proper use of all products.
  • Seek and cultivate new business for the growth of the company.
  • Develop and grow product knowledge.
  • Understand all products and their application.
  • Learn the proper operation of all the equipment.
  • Learn and understand the parts needed for service/repair.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Respond to emergency break/fix scenarios.
  • Work on-call duty rotation.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
