About The Position

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. AO will provide the training, mentorship, and support—you bring the ambition. No prior insurance experience is required. For more than 70 years, AO has proudly helped protect working families by providing supplemental life, accident, and health benefits to members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and virtual training
• Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Contribute ideas that improve the client experience
