About The Position
Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Colorado Springs is seeking a Per Diem Client Service Representative. This role is crucial in supporting the emergency and critical care departments by welcoming and assisting guests. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency and critical care services, along with advanced specialty care in surgery and diagnostic imaging, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate unexpected situations.
- Ability to provide outstanding service and build positive relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a collaborative environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service required.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required.
Nice To Haves
- Veterinary experience preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate, and efficient process.
- Handle reminder and follow-up communications utilizing phone and email.
- Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
Benefits
- $18 - $22/hr. based on experience, credentials, and skillset
- +$3/hr. overnight differential
