They are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join their Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Agency team. This is a clerical position with no selling involved, focused on supporting both agency clients and fellow associates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial property / casualty insurance desired.
- Must have or be able to obtain a PA Property and Casualty Producer license.
- Have an intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel®.
- Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Be able to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks while maintaining a high level of internal/external customer service.
- Can carry a project to a successful completion.
- Be able to successfully manage urgent matters.
- Be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, fostering empowerment and ownership for Service Beyond Expectations.
- Must have the drive and ability to grow professionally by earning/maintaining approved advanced learning accreditations/designations.
Responsibilities
- Process paperwork for new and renewal insurance coverage which can include endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of property insurance
- Promptly and effectively respond to client email and phone requests
- Create and update client information in the agency business system
- Support requests from internal associates for detailed information and reports
- Follow detailed processes to ensure accuracy of insurance documents and contracts
- Utilize the agency business system to follow up on critical tasks
