The Client Service Representative II - Device Maintenance is responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at the customer's location. This includes following daily maintenance processes, performing routine upkeep of equipment, evaluating and resolving equipment issues, delivering paper, assisting end-users with basic functionality, recording meter reads, maintaining service activity reports, and monitoring and restocking inventory.
