We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Representative II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Experience in Investment Management preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for transactions and processes.
  • Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues.
  • Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Helps develop and support the achievement of team objectives.
  • Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags.
  • Understand, enforce, and communicate internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues.
  • Use excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients.
