This is a full-time on-site role based in Toronto, ON for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer questions and concerns, handling policy information, processing claims, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
