Requirements

  • Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional call presence
  • Reliable attendance and comfort working in a structured, onsite environment
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls supporting Level 1 banking inquiries, primarily deposit accounts and debit card support
  • Assist customers with basic account questions, transactions, and online/mobile banking navigation
  • Deliver calm, professional, and empathetic service while following compliance and security procedures
