About The Position

Commissionaires Security Solutions (CVIY) is a mission-driven, Not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, their families, and community safety. As a full-service security company with a diverse customer base, we are seeking a Client Services Manager for our Central Island region (Malahat to Qualicum), based in Nanaimo. This role is crucial for building relationships, driving business growth, and leading teams to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Strong leadership and people-management experience
Excellent relationship-building and client service skills
Strategic mindset with solid business acumen
Self-motivated, positive, and adaptable
Ability to travel within the region and occasionally to our Home Office in Victoria
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

5–7 years in security or service-based industry

Responsibilities

Lead and support a strong operations team across the region
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Identify growth opportunities and support proposals, renewals, and new business
Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and market growth initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends and strengthen our community presence
Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client sites
Champion a positive, collaborative culture while representing CVIY’s values with clients, partners, and the community
Partner with recruitment teams to communicate staffing needs and support effective placement of personnel across client sites
