About The Position

The Client Service Manager is responsible person-in-charge, expected to be knowledgeable, accountable, responsible, answerable, and adaptable. This role is responsible for revenue generation and execution of work. Day-to-day job functions include roles and responsibilities for Client Service, Testing Operations, and Representation of PRI.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 yrs of related experience
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience managing people in a team environment
  • Must demonstrate Project Management Body of Knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients and oversee workflow
  • Issue Confirmation of Quotation
  • Manage Material Receipt
  • Issue Work Request
  • Oversee Project Management
  • Review Data, and issue Reports
  • Responsible for invoicing clients for work completed
  • Management of personnel and testing equipment
