This role will be a Client Service Manager that also has Project Management responsibilities (a Seller-doer) for the New England market. The purpose of the Client Service Manager (CSM) role is to build and apply core client leadership practices, advancing the firm’s consistency and effectiveness in managing BC’s business for clients. This Client Service Manager should be actively working on projects with the client, maintaining a utilization target of 60-75% with remaining availability largely devoted to business and client development. The person in this role should demonstrate the ability to maintain, leverage, and expand client relationships. Growth contribution is achieved through strong project delivery, successful pursuit participation, and active engagement with the Client Service Team (CST). At times, this CSM will work closely with other project managers and leading other team members to execute work involving engineering principals and other related activities for infrastructure projects. This person will contribute to project delivery and client service teams in winning and executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting and construction support services for a variety of advanced treatment plants, biosolids, pumping stations, pipeline, and integrated water resources projects for municipal clients in the areas of water, wastewater, and stormwater.
