The Client Service Manager will be responsible for providing regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects, developing open and effective channels of communication, and becoming a reliable point of contact to establish strong business relationships. This role involves maintaining close relationships with the families of patients through constant communication and face-to-face contact, accompanying the Clinical Case Manager during re-certifications visits and hospital discharges, delivering necessary supplies, and occasionally providing meals or coffee to build rapport. The Client Service Manager will also assist management by maintaining extensive knowledge of nurses' operations in the field, communicating expectations and scheduling to families, and recruiting new nurses. The position requires supporting and executing the company's mission, ethics, and goals, representing the company professionally, adhering to the dress code, reporting on time, and following all company policies and procedures.
