Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Ability to explain coverage, renewals, and next steps in clear, simple language.
  • Able to keep tasks, records, and deadlines organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned group of client accounts in a Branch and help keep service clear, timely, and useful.
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned group of accounts and help keep work moving from one day to the next.
  • Answer client needs, keep details organized, and make sure service stays on track.
  • Partner with the Production team on renewals.
  • Help find the best solution for the client and keep the process moving on time.
  • Look for ways to protect existing business and add more cover when it fits the client’s needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with client leaders and day to day contacts.
  • Work with internal teams and external clients to build trust, support renewals, and look for the right ways to add value.
  • Help support client retention, client satisfaction, revenue goals, and steady improvement.
