The Achieve Program is an 18-month structured learning and development program designed to equip upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers, with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the insurance brokering and risk management industry. The program aims to fast-track participants from a Client Service Associate to a Client Service Manager role. All training hours are paid, and the role is full-time with a hybrid work schedule. Participants will work cross-functionally, support workflow processes, handle new business applications, contribute to marketing efforts, and resolve routine issues. The program also includes web-based and in-person seminars to expand industry knowledge and work towards obtaining a Property & Casualty license and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation. As participants grow, they will assist clients in navigating challenges, finding coverage solutions, and supporting them during unexpected losses.
