The Client Service Leader, Industrial is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships, driving business growth, and leading strategic business development efforts within Barge's Industrial market. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for key industrial clients and prospects, working collaboratively across business units to identify opportunities, secure new work, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The Client Service Leader develops and executes market growth strategies aligned with Barge's strategic plan while fostering long-term partnerships with clients in manufacturing, industrial processing, food and beverage, consumer products, advanced manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, defense, and other industrial sectors. This role works closely with technical leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to position Barge for success throughout the project lifecycle—from opportunity identification and pursuit through project execution and client retention. Success in this role requires a strong professional network, deep understanding of industrial markets, proven business development experience, and the ability to connect client needs with Barge's multidisciplinary engineering and consulting capabilities.
