This role involves responding to client orders, general inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints. The Client Service Lead will record consistent problem areas, resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service, and handle client responses that may require deviations from standard procedures. A key part of the role is providing leadership, coaching, and training to a team of client service specialists. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
