This position is for a Client Service Lead responsible for handling client inquiries, orders, and complaints. The role involves resolving issues related to orders and delivery dates, determining the cause of problems, and implementing solutions. The Client Service Lead will also provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of client service specialists. Responsibilities

  • Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints.
  • Records consistent problem areas.
  • Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates, or service.
  • Resolves client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handles client responses that may require deviation from standard procedures.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and training to a team of client service specialists.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
