About The Position

Kinghorn Law | Financial is a growing estate planning law firm whose mission is to empower individuals and families to achieve peace. Our team culture is what differentiates us. We value Extreme Ownership, Dignity, Warmth, Discovery and Community, and we look for people who naturally bring those qualities into their work. We believe in serving our clients with genuine care and continually developing professionally. We're looking for a Client Service Coordinator who will provide dependable, timely support, helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. A willingness to help, adapt, and work alongside others is key to making a meaningful impact in this role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a professional, fast-moving environment. The Client Service Coordinator is often the first point of contact for clients, so warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential. Our Client Service Coordinators manage the phones, but the position is much more than that. It requires education about all of the services we offer. It is client and team member facing all day, whether on the phone or in person. Client Service Coordinators manage the initial steps of our workflow, including opening files, communicating with paralegals, and carrying out instructions from attorney notes. They are part of the Marketing Department and report to our Marketing Director. Client Service Coordinators may support the Marketing Department in community outreach.
