Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of client accounts with moderate to high complexity.
• Keep account details current, respond to questions, and help solve issues before they grow.
• Work with Branch Managers, production teammates, and other colleagues to support business priorities and keep the client service cycle moving.
• Build relationships, handle day-to-day account work, and help clients get the support they need.
• Look for ways to grow accounts through cross-sell and up-sell conversations, while keeping service steady and work aligned with Gallagher standards and The Gallagher Way.
