About The Position
Boos & Associates is growing and seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to support our clients as a Work Opportunity Tax Credit Associate. This role involves supporting clients and internal teams by providing support of the WOTC program, including but not limited to implementation, screening, tracking, and credit calculation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using internal software: Microsoft Word, Excel and other systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support clients and internal teams by providing support of the WOTC program, including but not limited to implementation, screening, tracking, and credit calculation.
- Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain accurate data entry and records.
- Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously strive to improve service knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
