About The Position

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in a part-time, in-office role. As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive, professional first impression
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Manage front-desk operations, including mail handling and visitor coordination
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and general office logistics
  • Assist advisors and internal teams with client service and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
