About The Position
Supporting one of our Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS), we’re looking for an exceptional Client Service Associate to provide excellent customer service to our clients as well as support in the day-to-day running of our CIS book of business. The most important characteristics of our best Client Service Associate are that they are customer-focused, flexible, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Team-first mentality
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Support in the day-to-day running of the CIS book of business.
- Handle high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the Commercial Insurance Specialist.
