About The Position

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a key role in supporting both the client experience and daily operations at TD Consulting Group. This position serves as a central point of coordination between clients, accountants, managers, and firm leadership to help keep projects organized and deadlines on track. This is not a traditional administrative support role. CSAs are expected to manage workflow coordination, client communication, deadline tracking, and process execution across the firm. Successful candidates are organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with workflow systems, CRM platforms, project tracking tools, and document management software required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in public accounting, tax, financial services, legal, or other professional services environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a contact for client communication and support
  • Assist clients with document collection, portal access, e-signatures, and tax return delivery
  • Monitor outstanding items and follow up proactively
  • Provide professional, responsive, and client-focused service
  • Maintain clear communication and accurate expectations throughout the client experience
  • Coordinate client projects from intake through completion
  • Monitor deadlines, workflow status, and outstanding items to help keep projects moving efficiently
  • Support all team members with workflow and project coordination
  • Identify bottlenecks, communication gaps, or operational risks, as well as propose resolution or escalate issues appropriately
  • Facilitate tax return processing, filing coordination, e-signature tracking, and delivery procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation within firm systems
  • Support accounts receivable and administrative operations as needed
  • Collaborate with team members during both standard and peak tax seasons
