Requirements

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Help the branch run smoothly by keeping client requests moving and making sure work is complete and accurate.
Support Production team members and the Client Service team with day to day tasks, process steps, and document work.
Check details, use the right tools, and help keep records and updates current.
Your work will help support client satisfaction, client retention, and a steady service experience.
