About The Position

As a Client Service Associate in J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Global Families Group, you will maintain, deepen, and enrich client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Private Banking clients’ service-related needs. The role operates in a complex, team-oriented, fast-paced environment, working with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to provide an integrated experience across Private Banking products.

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required; candidates without licenses may be considered but must obtain them within 90 days of their start date.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• College degree or equivalent client service experience.
• Experience with a wide array of financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and execute client requests, inquiries, and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research requests.
• Adhere to and maintain firm control policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, and protect client assets against potential fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review client situations and identify potential opportunities to engage clients in additional products and services.
