About The Position

As a Client Sales Lead, you'll guide prospective clients through a consultative process—helping them understand their options, address their hesitations, and take the next step forward. This isn't high-pressure selling; it's relationship-driven outreach where your persistence, and goal orientation are what move the needle. You'll also set the standard for your team, modeling the mindset and habits that turn conversations into client success stories.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in customer service, sales, retail, etc
  • Some exposure to sales, quota-attainment, or conversion-focused work—you don't need to be a sales veteran, but you need to know what it feels like to work toward a goal
  • Proven ability to handle rejection, reframe objections, and keep moving forward
  • Comfort working with KPIs and metrics—you like knowing where you stand and you use data to improve
  • Leadership experience or a natural ability to motivate and guide others
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
  • Backgrounds in hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, tutoring, retail leadership, or inside sales are all welcome here

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective clients in meaningful, consultative conversations that build trust and drive decisions
  • Guide individuals through their concerns and objections with patience, confidence, and follow-through
  • Own your numbers—track outreach, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to consistently hit targets
  • Celebrate wins and learn from losses, maintaining momentum through the inevitable "not right now"
  • Lead by example, coaching your team to adopt a performance-driven, people-first approach
  • Step into supporting roles when the team needs it—you're flexible and team-oriented
