HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, operates in 11 counties throughout California. Offering a comprehensive range of medical and behavioral health services, HealthRIGHT 360 serves marginalized communities, including primary care, mental health support, detoxification, residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and transitional services tailored to individuals involved in the criminal justice system. The Reentry and Recovery Housing program (RRH) operated by North County Serenity House, a Program of HealthRIGHT 360, is a STOP (Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming) funded program that serves men who have recently been released from incarceration or have recently completed drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Our facility can house up to 26 individuals. While living at RRH, our clients are given the opportunity to have a safe place to live and do the vital work that is needed of them to get their lives back on track, and to hit the ground running when it is time for them to function on their own in society. The Client Safety Navigator (CSN) fosters a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. CSN works with program leadership, Sherriff’s or local law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergency and crisis situations, including client drug use, overdose, programmatic interruptions, and other situations.
