About The Position

This role is responsible for opening a case for every inquiry, whether it can be resolved during the first contact or requires further research. The representative will ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines, assisting and resolving retirement plan participant requests and issues. This includes obtaining account information, answering questions, executing transactions, and processing benefit payments. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to follow standard procedures
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with digital data management/filling system is an asset
