The specialist will manage client communications, advise on services, maintain an overview of projects, unpack shipments, update data in LIMS and CRM systems, and collaborate with laboratory personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes. Teamwork and adaptability are essential, as employees may be asked to assist with administrative tasks and perform duties across departments as needed.
