About The Position

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between Eurofins' clients and its laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role involves performing tasks within various login departments and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The specialist will manage client communications, advise on services, maintain an overview of projects, unpack shipments, update data in LIMS and CRM systems, and collaborate with laboratory personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes. Teamwork and adaptability are essential, as employees may be asked to assist with administrative tasks and perform duties across departments as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
  • Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
  • Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
  • Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as needed across departments.
