We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Relationship & Order Specialist to join our team on-site in Scranton. Requirements

• 1–3 Years of Sales or Service Experience: Background in account management, consultative sales, real estate, hospitality management, or high-end retail.
• Relationship-Driven Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn a transactional order into a long-term business partnership.
• Elite Attention to Detail: Because custom branding requires exact precision, you must be a naturally organized person who catches minor data or design discrepancies easily.
• Problem-Solving Agility: Ability to gracefully manage tight client deadlines and troubleshoot shipping or manufacturing variables on the fly.
• On-Site Commitment: Ability to work reliably on-site daily at our Scranton office.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Account Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for incoming and existing B2B clients, helping them select, customize, and strategize their branded merchandise.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Own the client journey from initial concept to final delivery.
• Maximize Account Value: Uncover new revenue opportunities within your active client base by introducing fresh, creative product solutions.
• Flawless Order Execution: Maintain absolute accuracy on order tracking, pricing, and shipping logistics to ensure seamless, on-time client deliveries.
