Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships and growing strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with national exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to QSR and franchise clients by delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies aligned to their business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships while ensuring a world-class client experience.
  • Lead ongoing program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the QSR and franchise marketplace.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts through consultative presentations, industry networking, and relationship expansion.
  • Represent Marsh at conferences, trade associations, and industry events as a visible ambassador of the brand.
  • Help shape the future direction of the affinity practice through strategic thinking, market insight, and operational leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and expand market presence.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
  • Support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Partner cross-functionally with colleagues across sales, service, analytics, and operations to deliver exceptional results.
