About The Position

Standard Client Relationship Manager II job description. Additionally, this is an entry level position, that will be responsible for working with the field on PM compliance for Major customers as well as day to day administration of FMC customers Telematics new installs, updates and replacements. This position requires a very detail oriented, persistent, person with strong communication skills both with customers and field personnel. This person will be communicating via the phone in addition to email and Microsoft teams communications.

  • Strong communication skills (customers and field personnel)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the field on PM compliance for Major customers.
  • Day to day administration of FMC customers Telematics new installs, updates and replacements.
  • Communicating via the phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
