About The Position

As a Client Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator , you will play a critical role in managing, customizing, and supporting our CRM system. This role is responsible for aligning CRM functionality with business needs, supporting end users, maintaining data quality, and improving processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document CRM system requirements.
  • Customize and configure CRM functionality to support business goals and data integrity.
  • Monitor data quality, system integrations, migrations, and API management.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with owners, managers, and end users to optimize CRM usage.
  • Modify CRM systems through configuration and programming as business needs evolve.
  • Work with software vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
