The role involves proactive outreach, identifying solutions for new and existing clients, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital services), and ensuring an optimal client experience by processing basic transactions and collaborating with team members. Consultants open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on self-service digital products. They leverage resources and technologies for operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration, which includes criminal background and credit checks.
