Client Relationship Consultants at U.S. Bank build relationships with customers, engaging them through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, while adapting a digital-first mindset. They provide counsel, assess and attend to banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, recommending solutions based on unique goals. The role involves fostering relationships through proactive outreach, identifying solutions, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital), and providing a consistent optimal client experience by processing basic transactions. Consultants develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products. They leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination of employment.
