About The Position

The Client Relations Supervisor at Opensity Solutions is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring exceptional client service delivery at a client office location. This role provides a range of administrative and operational support services, including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist functions. The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising on-site employees, including assigning work, recruiting, training, and supporting the ongoing development of staff. This role plays a key part in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and a strong client-facing service culture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous supervisory experience in a client service, office services, hospitality, or facilities environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to handle packages using carts with up to 75 lbs capacity
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between on-site employees and the client
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts to ensure service expectations are met
  • Communicate service standards, capabilities, and delivery expectations to the client as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Supervise, assign, and delegate daily tasks to ensure productivity goals are met
  • Recruit and participate in interviewing candidates for site-level positions
  • Train, coach, and support employees to ensure consistent service performance
  • Schedule staff to ensure coverage of operating hours while minimizing overtime
  • Support employee development and foster a professional service environment
  • Oversee delivery of all site services including mail, copy, print, scan, reception, hospitality, and facilities support
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests per client expectations
  • Maintain organization and readiness of office areas including copy rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas
  • Support handling and distribution of mail, packages, and courier items
  • Assist with basic facilities coordination such as office moves, equipment support, and workspace organization
  • Assist management with tracking productivity and operational performance
  • Collect and organize data for monthly reporting to leadership and clients
  • Support monitoring of workflow efficiency and service quality standards
  • Identify and escalate operational issues as needed
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Recommend service enhancements to management and client contacts
  • Support implementation of process improvements and best practices
