About The Position

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between clients and Eurofins laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within various login departments. This role involves managing client communications, advising walk-in clients, overseeing projects, unpacking shipments, updating data records, and collaborating with laboratory personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes. Teamwork is essential, and the specialist will perform other tasks as needed across departments.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
Perform other tasks as needed across departments.
