The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments. This role involves managing inbound and outbound client communications, advising walk-in clients, maintaining an overview of projects, unpacking shipments, documenting sample receipt, and updating client and project data in LIMS and CRM software systems. The position also requires collaboration with laboratory personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes, as well as assisting with administrative tasks and other duties across departments as needed, emphasizing teamwork as a foundation for success.
