About The Position

Weidmüller Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Client Relation Specialist to join our Western Canada team in Calgary. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our distributors and customers, ensuring smooth and professional sales and order management experience. You’ll combine strong customer service skills with proactive sales support and technical knowledge — building relationships, addressing customer needs, and driving our Technical Sales team to success while supporting business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, especially combined with technical training or experience with electrical or automation sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving and collaborative competence, a customer focused mindset, and an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Must have ERP experience (familiarity with SAP considered an asset) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable, professional support to customers
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to respond effectively to inquiries
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Issue return authorizations and credit memos as required
  • Collaborate with other departments and support the technical sales team to drive business growth
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Client Relations Lead
