Responsibilities

  • Interact with executive assistants, meeting planners, travel managers, and private aviation schedulers to arrange ground transportation worldwide.
  • Gather customer reservation details.
  • Manage reservation changes and cancellations.
  • Coordinate passenger interactions with chauffeurs to ensure a five-star service experience.
  • Conduct interactions via phone, email, and web applications.
