About The Position

The Client Relations & Sales Specialist role at Ferrari Express Inc. is a dual-function position that encompasses both customer service and sales responsibilities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role is designed for a motivated professional who can effectively balance customer support with proactive sales initiatives. The Client Relations & Sales Specialist will interact with clients via phone, online, and face-to-face meetings—whether inside or outside the office—to build lasting relationships, drive new business, and ensure the highest level of service for our clientele.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in freight forwarding, high-value logistics, or luxury goods industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with international clients.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals in both English and Hebrew.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple client accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in freight forwarding, customs procedures, or international shipping.
  • Background in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or secure logistics industries.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations in North America and Israel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Introductory Information: Deliver comprehensive onboarding details to new customers.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that Ferrari’s clientele is satisfied with our products and services through continuous engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Informing Clients: Advise clients about additional products or services that can enhance their operations.
  • Effective Communication: Determine the quickest, most effective methods to address client questions.
  • Escalation: Escalate queries and concerns when necessary to the appropriate departments.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records through diligent data entry and regular reporting.
  • Providing Quotations: Generate accurate quotations based on client requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve common issues with our services.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop appropriate solutions for client needs.
  • Prospecting: Identify new accounts and potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Building Relationships: Establish effective communication with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored proposals.
  • Closing Deals: Engage with prospective clients to secure new accounts and close sales.
  • Creating Solutions: Develop customized transportation solutions involving air, ocean, rail, or road logistics.
  • Preparing Quotes: Provide competitive and accurate quotes to prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensuring Delivery: Monitor and ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Coordinating Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales agreements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Providing Support: Offer exceptional support to existing customers and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Handle daily requests and work with management to develop innovative approaches that enhance our book of business.
  • Reporting: Create detailed sales reports and follow up on client activity to inform strategy and measure performance.
